1%, 2%, 5%. . . .

Simply put, New Hanover County is likely to approve a 1% raise for their employees,  the City of Wilmington is pushing a 2% raise (and 3-cent tax increase) and the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority has approved a 4% raise for their folks.

Hmmm. . . .
